We had something to build on

It was not the first time we had "visited" the Botanique Hotel, quite the opposite. Already in 2020, as part of the first phase, we did a complete renovation of 75 hotel rooms, and in the following year we renovated the hotel's fitness area. Thanks to our experience and results, we were able to follow up and in the second phase implement the complete renovation of another 57 hotel rooms. Our tasks included not only structural modifications and new floors in the rooms, but also decorative walls, technology modifications, new sanitary facilities and, for example, lighting.

Renovations even during operation

Although our work started in a half-empty hotel due to government regulations during the coronavirus measures, the hotel was filled to capacity during the implementation. However, even the complicated coordination of the noisy work was not an obstacle for us and we managed the renovation without disrupting the hotel's operations and the comfort of the guests.

Botanique – Phase II

Hotel Botanique stands out with its unique design and atmosphere. The newly renovated rooms add to the excellent impression of the hotel. Natural materials and bright colours correspond to the redesign of the hotel. All amenities are of exemplary quality and have been crafted with attention to the smallest details. In the rooms you can find custom-made atypical furniture, an attractive table with a minibar or a comfortable bed with lighting. Many elements in the interior come from renowned manufacturers from Italy and Spain.

Durability is a matter of course

When realising the rooms, we thought not only about the aforementioned quality, but also about the overall visual impression and practicality. The high standard of the work also goes hand in hand with durability. This is very important in the case of a hotel, as it affects both the satisfaction of the guests and, of course, the return on investment in the renovation.

Only four months

The second phase of the renovation of the rooms at the Botanique Hotel took approximately four months, but the order for furniture, equipment and furnishings with a long lead time was placed in advance. As a result, there were no delays and we were able to deliver the project on time.

We are very pleased that the owners of the hotel are very satisfied with our work this time as well. The new rooms can already welcome guests who have decided to visit our capital city.
