Modern offices with respect for sustainability
During December 2024 and January 2025, we implemented new offices for Luxury Network in the City West C2 administrative building in Stodůlky. The offices with a total area of 297 m² are located on the 2nd floor of the building and were created with an emphasis on the efficient use of existing structures and materials.
Efficient solution
The brief for the project was clear – to design the new offices in a way that made the most of the existing features left by the previous tenant who had moved to other premises. This approach not only saves time and costs, but is also environmentally friendly. For example, we reused the glass partitions that were in perfect condition, and even the reception desk was given a new lease of life with only minor modifications.
Practical space with an emphasis on functionality
In collaboration with the client, we created a space plan that included layout adjustments, new flooring, painting, new low- and high-current wiring, installation of a kitchenette, and renovation of the reception desk. As part of the project, we also completely replaced the lighting fixtures. We replaced the original lighting in the raster ceilings with modern LED fixtures that provide better lighting comfort and lower energy consumption.
The result is a bright, modern space that meets both functional and aesthetic requirements. This project is proof that even with minimal new interventions, attractive and practical offices can be created, while emphasizing ecological and energy-saving solutions.
