Building management offices Atrium Flora
We built new offices for the managers of the shopping centre on the top floor of Atria Flora. It involved the delivery of the whole spectrum of building activities ranging from the building of drywall partitions, laying of carpets, tiles and wall cladding and the preparation for electrical wiring installations. The fitout contained the delivery of a reception desk and a tailor-made kitchen unit. The work was complicated by the local conditions including night shifts and the must to respect the working hours of the adjacent restaurants. Building of a spiral staircase on the new offices floor was the most demanding piece. The work required using of conveyor belts to carry heavy beams across the shopping centre, on-site welding of metal structure, laying of concrete and tiles.
