Office design in the heart of Prague

For Hays Czech Republic s.r.o. we designed and implemented the interior design of new offices in the 100 Yards building on Na Příkopě street. This project included a total area of 770 m2 and its goal was to create a functional and aesthetically balanced space that respects the historical character of the building and at the same time corresponds to modern office trends.

Combining history and modern design

One of the main challenges was to connect modern office equipment with the historical character of the building. We used a combination of glass, wood and technical elements, which were complemented by color accents in the form of corporate colors – blue and turquoise, complemented by earthy tones and anthracite. The interior is divided into two main parts – a work zone for employees and a visitor area with meeting rooms and a reception.

Coordination and implementation

The design of the offices took place from June 2023 to October 2024, and we then focused on the delivery of furniture until February 2025. Within the project, coordination of mutual cooperation with designers, a construction company and conservationists was important, whose requirements influenced the selection of some materials, such as paintings. The glass partitions were supplied by our long-standing partner company Verti, while we selected piece furniture mainly from manufacturers LD Seating and Narbutas.

The Hays Czech Republic offices combine historical elements with modern design. Relax zones bring a more informal atmosphere, while workspaces remain professional. Greenery and custom floral details complete the interior, reflecting the client’s satisfaction with the final result.
