Office renovation for Citfin: modern, custom-made spaces

Our task was to redesign the office space in building A of Coral Office Park to meet the new requirements of the tenant. We implemented the 450m² project within two months, transforming the original large open space into several smaller offices. The implementation also included building a new server room and a new entrance to the terrace, which meant partially modifying the glass facade, adding an entrance door and also custom-made steps according to the client’s requirements.

Detailed modifications for functionality and aesthetics

One of the main and most striking elements was the installation of new glass partitions, which visually connect the space, but also provide much-needed privacy and separation of individual rooms in the offices. We chose a new carpet as the floor covering, which unified the space and gave it a pleasant, modern atmosphere. The kitchenette was modified according to the client’s wishes and was additionally equipped with a Grohe filter faucet, ensuring a comfortable and practical environment for employees.

Individual solution for a modern office

The new server room was designed to meet all the client’s technological requirements and at the same time be logically integrated into the new layout. The installation of new doors and steps on the glass facade ensured easy access and connection of the interior with the surroundings. The offices were handed over empty, ready to be furnished according to the client’s needs. We greatly appreciate the opportunity to participate in this implementation and create office spaces that combine modern design, practicality and comfort for everyday work.

This project is further proof of our ability to adapt existing interiors to the client’s individual needs in a short period of time and create an environment in which it is good to work.
