Coral Office Park Office Transformation: Modern, Tailor-Made Spaces

Our task was to adapt the office space in Building D of Coral Office Park to meet the requirements of the new tenant. We implemented the 270 m² project on the 10th floor over a three-month period, from October to December 2024. In collaboration with our long-term client, Mint Investments, we divided the existing space of the entire floor after the previous tenant into two separate units, each with its own entrance from the elevator lobby.

Detailed modifications for functionality and aesthetics

One of the key tasks was to supplement the existing glass partitions with a new partition from Verti. We unified the space by painting it in white, which harmoniously complements the brick cladding on the wall, which we preserved as an interesting element of the interior from the previous tenant. In the kitchen, we laid a vinyl floor with an imitation of concrete, while the remaining spaces were equipped with a carpet from Interface, type Icebreaker. We often choose this carpet due to its modern design and high durability, which perfectly meet the requirements of office spaces. We also ensured local repairs of sprayed ceilings and technologies after the demolished partitions.

Individual solution for a modern office

The project also included a custom-made kitchenette, tailored to the tenant’s requirements. All water and waste outlets and relevant installations had to be adapted to ensure that the kitchen installation went smoothly. We handed over the office space empty and ready for the client to furnish. The designer lighting fixtures and moss cladding on the brick wall, which we preserved, give the space a distinctive character and contribute to its unique atmosphere.
