Fast implementation of tailor-made offices
In June 2025, we completed the renovation of 248m2 of office space in the Factory Office Center building in Smíchov. We prepared the interior for Mint Investments and their tenant, Ehrhardt + Partner Solutions, who had their own space plan and precise specifications. Within one month, we transformed the space on the 1st floor into a representative workplace with an emphasis on efficiency, clean design and a fast completion date.
Thoughtful division of space and quality materials
We built plasterboard partitions in the existing spaces, thanks to which a spacious meeting room, a separate director’s office and a kitchenette were created. The remaining part of the offices remained open as a variable open space. All new rooms will be closed with glass partitions from Verti, which ensure plenty of light and airiness.
We solved the floors with a combination of vinyl panels and carpet squares, which help to optically zone the space and at the same time support acoustic comfort. The implementation also included the renovation of existing fan coils and adjustment of their control within individual rooms to ensure a satisfactory working environment.
Custom-made joinery under time pressure
We place great emphasis on speed and precision in all work. The kitchen was completely custom-made by a joiner and delivered including appliances. Thanks to our long-term cooperation and coordination, the kitchen was completed in just two weeks.
